Goat Cheese and Prosciutto Hors d'oeuvre

Whether you are throwing a dinner party or looking for a quick snack, this is the easiest appetizer to make that will please everyone.

I really like this recipe because you can be creative with what kind of cracker you use. And trust me, it does make a difference! This time I just used sea-salted soda crackers but have experimented with other ones as well, I've also done this on toasted naan bread which is delicious! I used fresh thyme we grew in our garden at the time, but there's no shame in using dried thyme or another herb if thyme isn't your thing. Looking back at this recipe I wanted to keep things simple and just used a plain goat cheese (which is my favourite) but feel free to use any soft flavoured cheese!

I N G R E D I E N T S :

• 1 package of soda crackers

• 1 140g package of goats milk cheese

• 1 package of prosciutto (cut into smaller pieces)

• Fresh or dried thyme to garnish Raw Wildflower Honey Collective liquid honey to drizzle

D I R E C T I O N S :

Cut prosciutto into pieces that will be small enough to top a cracker.

Assemble the soda crackers with a spread of goats milk cheese until it is lightly covered, top with cut prosciutto. Drizzle our liquid raw honey on top of the crackers and top with fresh or dried thyme.
